This project is Kuala Lumpur’s main transportation hub, diverting all bus traffic from the city centre to outside of the city. Covering a development area of approximately 49 acres, the TBS-BTS Terminal Building complex has 6 floors, 55 bus platforms,150 taxi bays,1000 parking bays (with special parking bays for women) and 1800 seats for the public within its fully air-conditioned waiting halls.

The Klang Marina at Pulau Indah is one of the proposed marina complexes to be developed for the Malaysian Marine Department. This development consists of 150 berths, one clubhouse and ancillary facilities.

MESB has completed the construction of the highway from Kuala Lumpur to Cyberjaya and Putrajaya,a distance of 26 kilometres, 10 kilometres of which is elevated. This highway provides a strategic and direct linkage between the Kuala Lumpur City Center and Putrajaya, en-route to Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA).

This project involved the refurbishment of loader and unloader cranes at Kemaman for Perwaja Steel Sdn Bhd. Our Engineering teams provided advice on the method of refurbishment on the main and secondary structures of the cranes as well as supervision works.

HARBOUR PARK LANGKAWI

Harbour Park Langkawi at Pantai Kok is a Mediterranean-themed harbour town, developed to cater for sailboats and mega yachts. There is a fully equipped marina comprising 51 berths that can accommodate a variety of vessels of up to 20 meters. As part of the berthing facility, there is also a 36 metre pontoon to cater for fishing boats.

Construction of the marina placed emphasis and maintaining a consistent water depth in view of the fluctuating water levels of the Muar river. The project includes land filling to reclaim 3 acres of land, coastline protection, floating pontoons, boat ramp for dry berthing facilities, hydrology modelling and analysis and provisions for soil stability.

ROYAL MALAYSIAN CUSTOMS COMPLEX

The complex comprises several components including office blocks, apartments, a car park, a multi-purpose hall, a surau and other ancillary buildings. The 6 storey office blocks and four blocks of apartments were constructed using structural steel frames with a composite flooring system. The low rise residential block, office block, multi-purpose hall and surau were constructed using reinforced concrete structures.

Maju Tower comprises two office towers and a 5 level shopping mall. The construction of the basement, podium and the 33 storey office tower utilized reinforced concrete frames. The 43 storey tower was constructed using structural steel frames with a steel composite flooring system.
